How It Works

1. Cookie Drop

Every FRIDAY, our weekly cookie menu goes live! Browse this week's flavors and place your order before they're gone.

 2. Place Your Order

Choose your favorites, build your own box, or try our Cookie Flight. Because we bake in small batches, quantities are limited each week.

 3. We Bake Fresh

Once orders close, we get to work! Every cookie is handcrafted and baked fresh to order using premium ingredients—never sitting on a shelf waiting to be purchased.

 4. Pickup Wednesday

Your order will be fresh and ready for Wednesday pickup. You'll receive pickup details after placing your order. Please let us know if something comes up and you can't make it for pickup. Pickups will be from 7-7 located at 5 Nicklaus Drive, Maumelle AR 72113.  Need to come on Thursday or Friday of that week?  No worries, that's fine!

  1. How do I place an order?
    Orders can be placed right here on our website! Choose your cookies, select your pack size, and check out online. Text or call 501-434-9614 if you need assistance or to place a custom order. 
  2. Where do I pick up my cookies?
    All orders are currently available for local pickup in Maumelle, Arkansas. Pickup details will be provided with your order.
  3. Do you ship?
    At this time, Love, Linds Cookies is local pickup only. Shipping is planned to begin in October! 
  4. How should I store my cookies?
    Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, they freeze beautifully! Pop one in the microwave for a few seconds for that fresh-baked goodness.
  5. How long do the cookies stay fresh?
    Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of pickup when stored properly. They can also be frozen to enjoy later.
  6. Do you offer custom or large orders?
    Yes! We can accommodate many larger orders for parties, gifts, businesses, events, and special occasions. Contact us for availability and pricing.
  7. Do you offer catering or fundraising?
    Yes! Love, Linds offers options for fundraisers, corporate orders, events, and group orders. Reach out to us for details.
  8. Do your cookies contain allergens?
    Our cookies may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, and tree nuts. Because all flavors are prepared in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
  9. Can I choose which flavors come in my box?
    Absolutely! When available, you can build your box from the flavors featured on our current menu. Some specialty cookies may be sold individually or excluded from variety packs such as the Papaw cookie (oatmeal cream pie). We are also introducing specialty packs that cannot be changed, such as the Favorites Pack.
  10. How often does the menu change?
    Our menu rotates regularly, so there’s always something new to try! Seasonal and limited-edition flavors are offered throughout the year, along with some Love, Linds favorites.
